Tyler Henry’s “Hollywood Medium” Predictions Came True | Hollywood Medium | E!
Behind every great baseball player is a superstar partner.
As the 2021 MLB World Series kicks into high gear, many sports fans will be paying close attention to every play between the Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros.
And while the players deserve plenty of credit for striking out batters, hitting home runs or catching that line drive, we can’t forget about the wives, girlfriends and partners who support the baseball players all year long.
This month, Chicago Red Stars forward Mallory Pugh has been cheering on her boyfriend Dansby Swanson as he covers the infield for the Atlanta Braves.
There’s also Daniella Correa Rodriguez, who received a magical proposal from Houston Astros player Carlos Correa during the 2017 World Series. Spoiler alert: They are now married and expecting their first child together.  Â
And while you may not see these WAGS on TV every game day, we have no doubt they are cheering on their men from homeâor maybe a suite inside the stadium.
âIâd moved here to heal. To build a new life. To repair the heartacheâŚâ âGriffin Eden was tantalizing. Magnetic. Rugged and bold. And naked in my bed.â
We pretty much always know what weâre going to get with Devney Perry and once again we were not disappointed! Indigo Ridge was fabulous! It had us hooked from the get-go with its great storyline, engaging characters, and that swoony chemistry leading to a tantalising slow burn romance. We loved the mystery and drama. The thrilling undercurrent of a whodunit woven into a smalltown enemies to loversâ romance. Indigo Ridge is a great start to a new series from this Author and weâre hooked already. Devney Perry really is a wonderful atmospheric writer. She paints a picturesque and vivid landscape, and we were right there in the Montana mountains, we strolled through the main street of Quincy, and we kicked back in the bar with a beer!
âDonât take your mind for granted, Griffin. Or your heart. They are your gifts. And they are not guaranteed from one day to the next.â
Winslow Covington was a brilliant heroine. Strong, fierce, owned her own thoughts and feelings. She met each day head-on as the new Chief in town. Sheâs young and whilst she has connections, she got there on her own merit and achievements. We all know what these small towns are like though, and it doesnât help when you have a one-night stand on your first night in your new town thinking itâs a one-off with a stranger. Oops! She soon finds herself embroiled in a âjust one more nightâ pattern whilst also trying to find her feet as well as satisfy her niggling doubts over the townâs deaths, which everyone is claiming to be tragic suicides.
âCasual was becoming a craving. Weâd sailed past uncomplicated weeks ago. Whatever boundaries weâd erected had been destroyed.â
Griffin Eden is a man with great responsibility on his shoulders. The eldest of the Eden children heâs taken over the family ranch and lives a life of work and âplayâ. He has too much on his plate to settle down and is quite happy with his âplayerâ lifestyle. You couldâve knocked him down with a feather when his one-night stand with a supposed âtouristâ turns out to be so much more! Rugged, gruff, and a real manâs man, Winn never stood a chance, and to be honest, neither did Griffin. Their chemistry was HOT! Loved it!
âDeeper and deeper, until there was no turning back. I was in it with this woman. So fucking in it.â
You might want to plan on heading to the south for New Yearâs, because Griz and Zeds Dead are reviving their B2B from Goldrush earlier this year for a massive event called âZero Gravity.â
The lineup, of course, includes Griz and Zeds Dead, playing individual sets as well as another b2b set. Support will come from CloZee and Jantsen, another two of the more forward-thinking bass artists in the scene right now, making this one unforgettable night.
Tickets are on sale tomorrow at 9am PT/noon ET here.
Momentum is the masterpiece of this succesful project included in the highlights of the house jazz scene.
Developer of the new yorker sound of the early nineties, Von Mondo has compiled in House Jazz Masters the best job in the highest moment of their career.
Thereâs good news for the casts and crews of The Wonder Years and Home Economics. ABC has ordered nine additional episodes of each show, bringing their respective season orders to 22 installments each. Both family comedies air on Wednesday nights.
The Wonder Years TV show was inspired by the original 1988 series. This incarnation stars Don Cheadle, Elisha âEJâ Williams, Dule Hill, Saycon Sengbloh, Laura Kariuki, Julian Lerner, Amari OâNeil, and Milan Ray. Set in the late 1960s, the series takes a nostalgic look at the Williams family â Black middle-class residents of Montgomery, Alabama â through the point of view of imaginative 12-year-old son Dean (Williams). Dean narrates the story as an adult (Cheadle). His hopeful and humorous recollections of his past spotlight the ups and downs of growing up in that time and place, as well as the friendship, laughter, and lessons Dean encountered along the way.
The first season of The Wonder Years averages a 0.51 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.63 million viewers in the live+same day ratings (including DVR playback through 3:00 AM).
The Home Economics TV show stars Topher Grace, Caitlin McGee, Jimmy Tatro, Karla Souza, Sasheer Zamata, Shiloh Bearman, Jordyn Curet, Chloe Jo Rountree, and JeCobi Swain. The show takes a look at the heartwarming yet super-uncomfortable and sometimes frustrating relationship between three adult siblings of the Hayworth family. Connor (Tatro) is the youngest and most successful sibling in the family. He runs his own private equity firm and his marriage has fallen apart. He has a daughter named Gretchen (Bearman). Tom (Grace) is the middle sibling and is a middle-class author who is struggling. He is married to Marina (Souza), a former attorney, and they have three kids. Sarah (McGee) is the eldest sibling and an out-of-work child therapist whoâs barely making ends meet. She is married to Denise (Zamata), a teacher, and they have two kids and live in a cramped Bay Area loft.
The second season of Home Economics averages a 0.36 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.00 million viewers in the live+same day ratings (includes all DVR playback through 3:00 AM). Compared to season one, thatâs down by 22% in the demo and down by 22% in viewership.
What do you think? Do you enjoy these Wednesday night comedies? Are you glad to hear theyâll have more episodes this season?

Twelve years ago, Enjambre was on the brink of breaking up before taking off due to another pandemic, 2009âs swine flu pandemic. Fortunately, the band hung in there and have released seven albums that blended the romanticism of Mexican folk music with rock and roll thatâs rooted in the U.S. Amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the guys decided to translate the allure of their Spanish alternative rock into English on their EP Ambrosia.
âBecause of the pandemic, we finished the record [PrĂłximos PrĂłjimos] and we couldnât go out and tour with it, so we were like, âWhy donât we just do that English thing?’â Luis Humberto Navejas tells SPIN over Zoom.
With last yearâs plans to tour the PrĂłximos PrĂłjimos album in Mexico and the U.S. sidelined, Luis Humberto started work on Ambrosia while in quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.
âWe always wanted to record an EP in English,â Navejas adds. âWeâre from Zacatecas, but we also consider ourselves from the states. It was just natural for us to want to explore that area.â
Enjambreâs bicultural sound is the soul of the band. Luis Humberto formed the group with his brothers, Rafael and JuliĂĄn, and drummer Ăngel SĂĄnchez in Zacatecas, Mexico. The Navejas brothers grew up on classic rock, Mexican rancheras, and boleros that their dad listened to. When he moved to Orange County for work, they went with him and recorded their first album, 2008âs El Segundo Es Felino. From the buzz behind their debut, they were booking live gigs in nearby L.A. Enjambre gained a local fanbase, but they wanted more. The guys moved to Mexico City and worked part-time jobs while chasing their music dreams. That almost came to a halt during the swine flu pandemic.
âIt was very discouraging,â Rafael Navejas recalls of that time. âLuis was about to throw in the towel. It was a very challenging time, but we always believed in what we were doing. We believed we had something to offer, that our music was unique.â

Enjambre played on through the pandemic, performing in bars and opening other bandsâ shows. At the same time, their music was attracting major labels and later that year, the band reached a licensing deal with EMI to distribute their breakthrough album, 2010âs DaltĂłnico. Enjambre hit its stride with its loudest LP at the time. Songs like the dreamy âDulce Soledadâ amped up the alternative allure behind the band. The album struck a chord with the mainstream, and suddenly, Enjambre was headlining their own shows in Mexico.
âWe started experiencing for the first time massive audiences,â Rafael says. âWe started experiencing for the first time massive audiences.â
Now Enjambre is looking to translate its success into English with the bandâs follow-up to PrĂłximos PrĂłjimos, the Ambrosia EP. There was an English song on DaltĂłnico, but this is the first time that they tackled a project fully in that language.
âTo me [the EP] feels a little bit like an extension of PrĂłximos PrĂłjimos,â Luis Humberto says. âWe were still with that inertia. We had finished recording that record and everything was still fresh.â
On the lead single âDelorean,â Enjambre seeks to right any past mistakes through time travel, evoking the time machine from the Back to the Future movies. Luis Humberto sings in awe about taking Marty McFlyâs ride for a spin. The music video opens like a public broadcasting channel where the host pokes fun at the band going English by mimicking a gringo accent in Spanish.
âSince the song has a nostalgic feeling, I thought it would be interesting to have this nostalgic symbol, this car from this film that I watched when I was a kid,â Luis Humberto says.
The futuristic theme runs through the four songs on Ambrosia. In the raucous âCrash,â Luis Humberto seemingly comments on influencer culture in social media. âYou are running from the mirror, you show yourself only with filters,â he sings. On the EPâs stunning closer, âUpgrade,â he takes his stance on todayâs technology into hyperdrive.
âThe way that we live nowadays is very influenced by what we see in our cell phones,â Luis Humberto says. âWeâre a culture now thatâs very dependent on this apparatus, and thatâs very sci-fi like now. We always have to upgrade. Weâre succumbing to this technology. Itâs a song about that with a very romantic frosting.â
As venues reopen, Enjambre are starting to tour again while amassing new fans. Elvis Costello enlisted Luis Humberto for last monthâs Spanish Model album, covering the pub rock legendâs âHand in Handâ in Spanish with Chilean singer Francisca Valenzuela. As for the future of Enjambre, the guys hope to continue reaching more people in any language.
âThe plan is to keep recording, to keep making music, and to keep traveling,â JuliĂĄn Navejas says. Luis Humberto adds, âAll we wanted to do was get onstage and play our songs. Weâve been doing it for a long time now and weâre still getting away with it. Thatâs the next goal, to do it until we canât.â
