Billie Eilish has shared a 15-second clip of what appears to be a new song called “Happier Than Ever.” The track was previously teased in the documentary Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. “When I was younger, I used to go beekeeping on the roof of an architecture firm in downtown Brooklyn,” says the 25-year-old actor Sasha Frolova, who can currently be seen playing opposite Kate Winslet on the HBO series Mare of Easttown. “I’ve always had a particular empathy for bees. People are so afraid of them. But, really, it’s the poor bee whose life flashes before their eyes as they die a cruel, panicked, painful death. I guess I’m not sure how that relates to me. Maybe I’ve felt as misunderstood as a bumblebee. Anyway, beekeeping on the roof was a delight. When you have the suit on, you feel invincible. The bees land all over you, making the fabric vibrate. And no matter how much you care for the bees, your body thinks you’re going to get stung and your heart races a little. But you can just brush them right off and they fly away. Then you collect the trays from the hive, bring them inside and cut the top layer of wax off with a hot knife. Stick it in a cranking bucket and spin it around. The honey gets everywhere. You can literally wipe a cracker on your arm and have a snack.”

PANI PURI RECIPE
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 15-25

Ingredients
For Puri
4 cups Semolina, सूजी
1/2 cup All purpose flour, मैदा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
Warm water, गुनगुना पानी
Oil for frying, तेल

For Pani Puri ka Pani
2 cups Mint leaves, पुदीना
1 cup Coriander leaves, हरा धनिया
1 inch Ginger, peeled, slice, अदरक
2-3 green Chillies, broken, हरी मिर्च
¼ cup Jaggery, गुड़
1 cup Ice cubes,बर्फ के टुकड़े
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 cup Water, पानी
1 tsp Rock salt , काला नमक
1 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder, जीरा पाउडर
1½ tsp Chaat masala, चाट मसाला
⅓ cup Tamarind pulp, इमली का गूदा
½ cup salted Boondi, बूंदी
For Potato Masala (stuffing)
1 large Potato, boiled, आलू
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder, भुना जीरा पाउडर
1 tsp Rock salt, काला नमक
½ cup Green Moong, boiled, हरा मूंग
1 tsp Chaat masala, चाट मसाला
1 tsp Red Chilli powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
For Serving

Tamarind chutney, इमली की चटनी
Sev, सेव
Salted Boondi, बूंदी
Ragda, रगड़ा
Green Moong, हरा मूंग
Puri, पुरी
Pani, पानी
Process
For Puri
● In a parat, add semolina, all purpose flour, salt to taste and warm water as required.
● Knead into a stiff dough using enough warm water. Cover it with wet muslin cloth and rest aside for 25-30 minutes.
● Roll out the dough and cut it with the help of a round cutter. Let rest again for 3-5 mins.
● Deep fry the puris till golden brown.

For Pani Puri ka Pani
● In a bowl, add mint leaves, ginger, coriander leaves, green chili, jaggery, ice cubes and salt to
taste.
● Transfer this into a mixer and grind into a smooth paste, add little water while grinding.
● Transfer this into a bowl, add black salt. Cumin powder and water mix well and strain it in a
deep container.
● Add tamarind pulp and salted boondi and mix well.
For potato Masala
● In a bowl. Add boil potato and mash well, add cumin powder, black salt, green moong, chaat
masala and red chilli powder mix everything well.
● Serve with puri, ragda, pani, green moong, tamarind chutney and sev.
