Acclaimed Executive Chef Fermin Azkue helms the kitchen at Salvaje with elements of the highest quality that are used to exhilarate your palate including Octopus from Galicia, Spain, Alaskan King Salmon, Japanese Tuna, grade-A Japanese Wagyu, and more. Salvajeâs vision has been, and will continue to be, to use the best quality ingredients found nationally and internationally when preparing their dishes. In addition to a seasonally changing sushi and omakase menu, some signature dishes include Grilled and Glazed Lamb Shank â lamb, teriyaki sauce, crispy wonton, brussel salsa Kimchi; Lobster Dumplings â lobster, lobster bisque base, crispy wonton, micro mint; and Wok Rice with Duck â truffle fried rice with roasted duck.

Salvajeâs signature whimsical design highlights an expansive open-air environment that features a retractable roof crafted by internationally renowned design specialist Igancio Garcia Vinuesa. The 170-seat rooftop garden oasis boasts bamboo daybeds to watch the sunset, creatively mismatched dining tables surrounded by adorned bookshelves and a sleek omakase sushi bar. Exterior highlights include four signature gold rhino heads, oversized Dr.Seuss like palms and a variety of illuminated light fixtures to create an intimate setting.

The restaurant is located at 101 NE 34th Street in Midtown Miamiâs trendy neighborhood and is open for dinner nightly. Hours of operation vary: Monday through Thursday 3pm-12pm; Friday and Saturday 3pm-1am and 3pm-12:00pm on Sunday. Salvaje will also launch a special Sunset Hour featuring drink specials and an exclusive food menu every day from 4:00pm-6:00pm. It all begins with a scene that will make you laugh, straight out of the Wedding Crashers, we fell in love with Stella. A straight-talking no-nonsense girl with a penchant for the eccentric. We read The Invitation in one sitting, falling in love with not only Stella and Hudson but also Olivia, Fisher and the little sweetheart, Charlie. This single dad romance has definitely been our favourite book by Vi Keeland. The build-up was a proper slow burn and we just knew something huge was going to happen, and when it did it rocked the otherwise strong foundation. But where fate is involved and soul mate love resides, well thereâs no stronger foundation than that!

If you love strong characters, a slow-burn swoony romance and for your emotions to be tested in heartbreak and angst, then The Invitation is definitely for you. Vi Keeland wrote a wonderful soulmate love which kept us reading from the first page to the last with a smile on our face, an extra beat in our pulse and a tear in our eye. The chemistry was scorching! We would love to have experienced more afters, but then weâre greedy like that!

Spicy Fried Fish Platter with chutney
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 2 tbs
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) Âź tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) 3 tbs
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Boneless fish fillets (King fish or fish of your choice) 700g
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Tamarind Mint Sauce (Imli Podina Chutney):
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Kala namak (Black salt) Âź tsp
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ž Cup
-Water 3-4 tbs or as required
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,coriander seeds & dry roast for a minute.
-Add carom seeds & dry roast until fragrant.
-In mortal & pestle,add dry roasted spices & crush coarsely.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,yellow food color,gram flour & mix well.Fry fish masala is ready (for 1 kg fish).
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.
-In a bowl,add prepared fry fish spice mix,tamarind pulp,vinegar,egg,green chilli & whisk well.
-Add fish fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry marinated fish on medium flame until golden brown.
Prepare Tamarind Mint Sauce (Imli Podina Chutney):
-In a blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,garlic,salt,red chilli crushed,black salt,tamarind pulp, water & blend well.
-On fried fish pieces,add lemon juice and sprinkle chaat masala.
-Serve fried fish with zeera rice,potato fries/chips,onion rings and prepared tamarind mint sauce.

-1 month tak airtight jar mein dal ker store ker saktay han.
-Bowl mein tayyar fry fish spice mix,imli pulp,sirka,anda aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Fish fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated fish ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Tamarind Mint Sauce (Imli Podina Chutney):
-Blender jar mein podina,hara dhania,lehsan,namak,lal mirch crushed,kala namak,imli pulp aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker dein.
-Fried fish piece per lemon juice aur chaat masala dal dein.
-Fried fish ko zeera chawal,potato fries/chips,pyaz rings,imli podina chutney ka saath serve karein.
