Sagara Sangamam is a 1983 Telugu film directed by K. Viswanath and produced by Edida Nageshwara Rao, starring Kamal Haasan, Jayaprada, Geetha, Sarath Babu, S. P. Sailaja and Chakri Toleti.
Balakrishna (Kamal) is an economically poor multi-talented dancer, adept at Bharata Natyam, Kathakali, Kuchipudi etc.. and his dream is to perform at an All-India level competition. Madhavi (Jayaprada), a rich girl notices his talent and helps in getting him an opportunity to perform in an all-India competition. As he is all set to relaise his dream, his ageing mother passes away which denies the fulfillment of his dream.
The rest of the story is about how Balakrishna (Kamal Haasan) faces many struggles, but is eventually redeemed.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Named TIME’s Person of the Year
TIME announced their Person of the Year and, rightfully so, itās President-elect JoeBiden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.Ā
TIME Editor-in-Chief Edward Felsenthal said during the announcement, “Person of the Year is not just about the year that was, but about where we’re headed, and the next four years are going to be an enormous test of them and all of us to see whether they can bring about a unity.āĀ
In 2016, Trump was the Person of the Year, and President Barack Obama received the title in 2012.
Biden and Harris were able to do what is historically rare — unseat a sitting president. Before Trump, a president not winning an reelection had only happened ten times in history.Ā

In Bidenās November 7 victory speech, he said, āTonight weāre seeing in cities all over the country a celebration of joy and renewed faith. I pledge to be a president that seeks not to divide but unify, who doesn see red states or blue states, only the United States.ā
Harris said in her history-making speech, āAmericaās democracy is not guaranteed, it is only as strong as our willingness to fight for it, to guard it, and never take it for granted. And protecting our democracy takes struggle, it takes sacrifice. But there is joy in it and there is progress because we the people have the power to build a better future.ā
TIME also honored several others. LeBron James was named Athlete of the Year, Assa TraorƩ and racial-justice organizers were named Guardians of the Year along with Dr. Anthony Fauci.

It may be December, but last night felt like we were inside Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con, as Disney unveiled a slate of film and television projects that, quite simply, no other studio is even capable of. From Disney to Pixar to Star Wars to Marvel, the list just went on and on. Many of these were brand new concepts we learned about for the first time, but even among the concepts that we already knew about, we got a lot of new, and finally confirmed information. One of the big movies that we learned more about was Captain Marvel 2, and while fans are certainly excited, so is Brie Larson, and director Nia DaCosta.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood might turn out to be a career landmark film from one of the most exciting directors of this generation. Here’s everything you need to know before you see Quentin Tarantino’s newest movie.
It’s been nearly four years since Tarantino’s last film, The Hateful Eight, and anticipation has been building for his next flick ever since. Things really started to heat up in the summer of 2017, when The Hollywood Reporter announced that Tarantino’s next project would be a film set in Hollywood at the time of the Manson murders. The film secured distribution from Sony in the fall of 2017, and by January of 2018 Leonardo DiCaprio had signed on to work with Tarantino again on the project.
The film spent the first six months of 2018 beefing up its cast as it headed into production. When it came time for a release date, Sony initially aimed for August 9th, 2019, which would mark the 50th anniversary of Sharon Tate’s murder at the hands of the Manson Family. By the summer of 2018, that release date had changed to July 26th, with insiders noting a release date in July would give the film more time to play in front of summer audiences.

On Sunday, Dec. 13, the singer and formerĀ Hannah MontanaĀ starĀ shared on her Instagram page part of the now-infamous video ofĀ herself as an 18-year-old smoking from a bong, writing, “Happy 10 year anniversary to the groundbreaking video of a teenager smoking a bong & saying dumb s–t to their friends. (Not sure the director of this fine film should be considered a ‘friend’ but…)”
