While recently promoting his new movie Archenemy, Joe Manganiello informed Yahoo that the now-scrapped Ben Affleck-led The Batman would have have had a âstrong David Fincher vibe,â with Affleck (who also would have directed) specifically being influenced by Fincherâs 1997 film The Game. The movie would have seen Deathstroke, whose real name is Slade Wilson, destroying both Bruce Wayneâs status as Gotham Cityâs leading citizen and his private life as Batman. Manganiello continued:

The Amazing Race wraps up its 32nd season next Wednesday, December 16th, but host Phil Keoghan will be back on the small screen before you know it. CBS has announced that season two of Keoghanâs Tough As Nails series will debut on Wednesday, February 10th.
The show will take the schedule spot typically reserved for Survivor. Production on the long-running competition series has been delayed due to the ongoing pandemic.
Hereâs the announcement about Tough As Nailsâ return to CBS:
Summerâs #1 new reality series TOUGH AS NAILS, executive produced, created and hosted by Emmy Award-winner Phil Keoghan, returns for its second season, Wednesday, Feb. 10 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT).
TOUGH AS NAILS is a competition series that celebrates everyday Americans who consider the calluses on their hands a badge of honor. Competitors are tested for their strength, endurance, agility and mental toughness in challenges that take place in the real world. One by one, they are eliminated until the TOUGH AS NAILS winner is named, but nobody goes home. Even after they âpunch outâ of the individual competition, they have the opportunity to win additional prizes in the team competitions that continue throughout the season. The series redefines what it means to be tough, proving that it comes in all shapes and sizes.

Gomez gave a little update on Tuesday about the show, saying, “I am on set right now, which is really, really fun.”Â
One show Gomez’s is staying silent on? The Saved by the Bell reboot, which originally included references to the singer’s 2017 kidney transplant, but the scenes were later removed following fan backlash. The creators apologized to her, writing, “It was never our intention to make light of Selena’s health.”
The Rare Beauty founder is slated to appear in Hotel Transylvania 4 and In the Shadow of the Mountain in 2021.
Less than a week after set photos officially confirmed the Dickinson star would indeed be in the Disney+ Hawkeye series as his apprentice Kate Bishop, new set photos have been revealed from the production in New York City revealing the character in her iconic purple superhero outfit along with her bow and quiver! The Hawkeye limited series will see Jeremy Renner reprising his role as Clint Barton, with the story also set to introduce his protege Kate Bishop, who is officially being portrayed by Hailee Steinfeld.
It will be directed by Amber Finlayson and Katie Ellwood, aka Bert and Bertie, who are best known for their work on Troop Zero, and Rhys Thomas (Staten Island Summer). Hawkeye is expected to debut in Fall 2021 on Disney+.
In the comics, Bishop becomes Hawkeye after Clint Barton, and is also a member of the Young Avengers. Disney has not yet confirmed if they have plans to give Bishop her own spinoff show or have her appear in the MCU down the road, but it is certainly a possibility.

The projectâs working title âAnchor Pointâ is actually serving as a homage to the first volume of Kelly Thompsonâs fan-favorite comic book series that was published in 2017. Titled as Vol.1: Anchor Points, it was Kate Bishopâs first solo comic series after appearing in the Young Avengers issues. However, itâs still unknown if the said comicsâ storyline would connect to the seriesâ plot or not.
