Ely Bruna was born in Mexico, grew up in the US and then moved to Italy. She speaks fluently Spanish, English and Italian.
Due to her great voice, she has been compared to various famous international singers, like Whitney Houston above all.
Session vocalist for various Dance productions in the 90âs, sheâs been performing a lot around the World and has taken part in many TV shows in Italy. Sheâs also a writer, she has in fact wrote for Mario Biondi on his Albums âHandful Of Soulâ and âI love You Moreâ, she co-wrote most of the songs on the Papikâs Album âRhythm Of Lifeâ, together with her producer Nerio Biondi (aka Papik), including âStaying for Goodâ, the single from the album that has received a great response worldwide.
Her first solo album âRemember The Timeâ released in 2010 itâs dedicated to remakes in a soul-jazz style of various tunes from the 80âs and 90âs. Among the songs chosen: a bossa cover of âRhythm of the nightâ by Corona and an R&B version of âBarbie Girlâ. But the self-penned â1986â is the real gem on this album!
Recently she has continued her collaboration with Nerio ‘Papik’ Poggi in many of its productions both as soloist and as a writer, especially in the Bandâ second album, she wrote the song ‘Notes of the Past’ which she performs currently Live and was chosen for a major advertising campaign of a famous Japanese fashion brand thanks to this, she was brought on stage at the Blue Note in Tokyo along with Papik for two sold out concerts.
Finally in 2015, her second Album, titled ‘Synesthesia’ will be released.
The album, which was originally thought to be a double, contains 20 tracks
Out of which 16 are covers of many famous songs, chosen as always with great insight.
In this album Ely is accompanied by several guests who duet with her from Nick The Nightfly who wrote and performed for her one of the 4 unreleased
Songs on the Album, called âA Little Bit Soulâ.
Frank McComb, Wendy D. Lewis, Walter Ricci, Neja, Matteo Brancaeloni, Alan Scaffardi, Frankie Lovecchio and Elsa Baldini are the other guests sharing their talent.
Some of the songs revisited on the Album are âHappyâ, Pharrellâs recent success, âTitaniumâ by David Guetta, âAmerican Boyâ, âGood Timesâ and the worldwide 90âs Dance Hit âFound Loveâ originally by Double Dee.

It seems most of the galaxy far, far, away must be desert planets, but we almost got something very different out of Pasaana, as concept art just released shows off a Pasaana that couldn’t be more different, as it was covered in water. The musical collaboration between bebop innovator Dizzy Gillespie — who became “the godfather of Latin jazz in the U.S.” — and the great Cuban conguero Chano Pozo will be celebrated on this high-energy Latin jazz showcase!

The musical collaboration between bebop innovator Dizzy Gillespie — who became “the godfather of Latin jazz in the U.S.” — and the great Cuban conguero Chano Pozo will be celebrated on this program that showcases the groundbreaking body of work that these legendary artists created, pushing the boundaries to bring Afro-Cuban jazz into the jazz mainstream. The newly formed Cubop sound fused African-based rhythms with the post-modernist bebop, and together Gillespie and Pozo produced some of the most enduring Afro-Cuban jazz standards, such as the hit songs “Manteca,” “Tin Tin Deo,” and “Cubana Be, Cubana Bop.” Despite a short stint as percussionist in Gillespie’s band, Pozo’s influence was reflected in the bandleader’s playing and compositions for decades.
The renowned Cuban multi-instrumentalist and jazz ambassador Paquito D’rivera will headline the concert, joined by Dizzy Gillespie protĂ©gĂ© and trumpeter extraordinaire Jon Faddis. Also sharing the bill is the esteemed percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo — a former member of Gillespie’s United Nations Orchestra – vibraphone virtuoso Dave Samuels, and the FIU Jazz Big Band!

Monster Hunter Exclusive Director Chat Plus Collaboration with Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Announced
Ahead of the filmâs release in North America on December 25, director Paul W.S. Anderson will participate in an exclusive chat about the upcoming Monster Hunter on Wednesday, December 2 from 5-6 p.m. PST. In partnership with Capcom, the event will stream on the CapcomUSA Twitch channel with influencer Social Dissonance moderating the discussion and giving Anderson an opportunity to answer fan questions. The event will also feature special appearances from Monster Hunter developers Ryozo Tsujimoto and Kaname Fujioka.

Additionally, a collaboration between the film and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne was announced where players will be able to take part in limited time, film-inspired Event Quests which will arrive on December 4. To celebrate the two Monster Hunter worlds colliding, players can watch two new trailers in-game for a behind-the-scenes look at Milla Jovovich bringing her character Artemis into Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, as well as a sneak peek at the upcoming collaboration content.

In the special two-part Event Quest, hunters can go head-to-head with the fearsome Black Diablos depicted in the film during the initial solo quest, before attempting to overcome the massive Greater Rathalos in the second portion. Hunters must prepare to fight tooth and claw, as these quests will only be available for players who have achieved Master Rank.
For those valiant enough to succeed, items like special gear, layered armor, new titles, a new background, and Guild Card pose will become available. Additionally, starting November 27 all Iceborne players will be able to claim one limited-time item pack filled with useful items as a log-in bonus to celebrate the upcoming film.

Behind our world, there is another: a world of dangerous and powerful monsters that rule their domain with deadly ferocity.
