Easy Home made Rasagulla recipe to prepare in COVID19 Lockdown time.
Ingredients:
1. Milk – 1 Litre
2. Lemon – 1
3. Sugar – 1/2 cup
4. Water – 2 cups
5. Cardamon – 3
Please find the recipe below:
1. Boil 1 Litre of Milk
2. Add 2 Spoon of Lemon Juice
3. Stir continuously for curdling
4. Keep Damp cloth in a bowl
5. Extract the Panneer from the water
6. Let it dry for 20-30 minutes
7. Kneed the paneer to soft dough
8. Take small portion and roll into small balls
Sugar Syrup:
9. Boil 2 Cups of water
10. Add 1/2 cup of sugar
11. Add 3 Cardamoms
12. Boil for 10-15 Minutes
Rasagulla:
13. Add the balls to the sugar syrup
14. Cook for 10-15 minutes
15. Cool down the Rasagulla to room temperature
16. Refregerate for 15-20 minutes
17. Serve chilled Rasagulla
Tips: Add Saffron for garnishing!
