Ingredients:
Teriyaki Chicken
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 garlic clove
1 tsp cornflour
300-gm chicken
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Fried Rice
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp minced ginger
4 tbsp onion
4 tbsp carrot
4 tbsp bell pepper
100-gm broccoli
2 green chilies
2 eggs
¼ tsp pepper
2 ½ cup rice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
¼ tsp sugar
Instructions:
1. In a bowl mix in soy sauce with rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic clove and cornflour
2. Stir fry bite size chicken pieces in pan with cooking oil
3. Pepper and salt to taste
4. Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken then remove from heat
5. Drizzle cooking oil in pan then add garlic and ginger
6. Brown a little before adding chopped onion, carrot, bell pepper, broccoli and green chilies
7. Scramble the eggs in pan
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. Mix in rice then pour soy sauce and rice vinegar
10. Add sugar as an optional choice
11. Serve with teriyaki chicken on the side
12. Ready to enjoy!
