Ingredients
Water – 250 ml
Sugar – 250 grams
Kesar – 1 pinch
Khoa – 250 grams
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Maida – 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil – 500 ml

Preparation
In a kadhai add water, sugar and kesar and mix well. Cook till the mixture reaches syrupy consiy. Keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add khoa, cardamom powder and maida. Knead to a dough.
Roll out golf ball sized portions of the dough. Coat each with maida. Deep fry till dark brown and soak in the sugar syrup. Remove and serve.
