Ingredients:
Palak Paratha:

Palak – 150 gms
Wheat Flour – 200 gms
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain ) – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed (3/4 tsp)
Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp

Carrot Rice:

Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf – 1
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 3
Cinnamon Stick – 2
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillis(slitted) – 3
Curry Leaves – 10
Cashew Nuts – 2 spoons
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – few
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Onions (chopped) – 3 tbsp
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
Rice – 1 cup
Salt as needed
