Alec Baldwin Calls For Police To Be On Movie Sets After 'Rust' Shooting
Alec Baldwin is calling for cops to be on movie sets after the fatal shooting on the set of his film “Rust.” “Every film/TV set that uses guns, fake or otherwise, should have a police officer on set, hired by the production, to specifically monitor weapons safety,” Alec tweeted on Monday. The plea for police presence from the “30 Rock” actor comes after he accidentally discharged a prop gun while rehearsing a scene for the western film on October 21st, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
