Disney Might Be Moving Cruella And More Live-Action Remakes To Disney+
For the time being, Cruella is expected to come out in theaters in May 2021, and Pinocchio and Peter Pan and Wendy have not been given theatrical release dates yet. Interestingly enough, on the Walt Disney Studios movie page, Cruella is not listed as one of next year’s big releases with The King’s Man, Black Widow, Jungle Cruise and West Side Story. Previously, Cruella was going to come out this December, so theoretically the movie is just sitting on the shelf right now.
Maliboux Drops New Heater “Gave It All Away” with TITUS
We’ve featured Maliboux a few times on Your EDM, most recently for his collaboration, “Rock N Roll” with Nitti Gritti. Now, he’s back with another stellar track, mixing things up by getting in the studio with TITUS on “Gave It All Away.”
TITUS already has a pretty wonderful voice, but slightly autotuned gives it that Top 40 rapper sound with a higher quality. Combining that with production from Maliboux gives “Gave It All Away” a wild, cross-genre appeal that hits checks for both rap and EDM. It’s not a combination that hasn’t been done before, but the consistency that Maliboux brings with each and every track makes this one pretty damn difficult for anyone to dislike.
The variation on the trap beat gives this halfway between heaven trap and deep house vibes, with almost fading basslines and those over-the-top high passed vocals. The more you listen to it, the more you pay attention to the detailed drum fills, the unique vocal processing, the subtle synths in the background, the cohesion between all of the parts.

Sony pushes Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway to Easter 2021
Sony’s second entry in the live-action/CGI hybrid franchise, Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, is shifting its release for the fourth time as the studio has elected to push it back from its previous January date to Easter weekend of 2021, marking a full year delay for the James Corden-led family comedy from its original April 3, 2020 date.

In Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, the lovable rogue is back. Bea, Thomas, and the rabbits have created a makeshift family, but despite his best efforts, Peter can’t seem to shake his mischievous reputation. Adventuring out of the garden, Peter finds himself in a world where his mischief is appreciated, but when his family risks everything to come looking for him, Peter must figure out what kind of bunny he wants to be.
James Corden will once again lead the voice cast as the voice of Peter Rabbit with Margot Robbie and Elizabeth Debicki returning as the voices of Flopsy Rabbit and Mopsy Rabbit. Domhnall Gleeson and Rose Byrne will also be reprising their roles as Thomas and Bea. The sequel will also be featuring the addition of Emmy nominee David Oyelowo.
Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway will again be written and directed by Will Gluck, who co-wrote the screenplay with Patrick Burleigh. It is produced by Gluck and Zareh Nalbandian with Doug Belgrad, Jodi Hildebrand, Catherine Bishop, Emma Topping, Thomas Merrington and Jonathan Hludzinski serving as executive producers.

The first film earned mixed reviews from critics, but grossed over $320 million worldwide, surpassing similar family franchise Paddington 2, which grossed over $225 million at the global box office and holds a 100% “Certified Fresh” score on Rotten Tomatoes.
