American Crime Story TV Show on FX: Season Three Viewer Votes – canceled + renewed TV shows

How well do we know the events portrayed in the third season of the American Crime Story TV show on FX? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a series like American Crime Story is cancelled or renewed for season four. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the third season episodes of American Crime Story here.
An FX true-crime drama series, American Crime Story dramatizes a notable event in United States history in a self-contained season. Subtitled Impeachment, season three stars Sarah Paulson, Annaleigh Ashford, Judith Light, Beanie Feldstein, Clive Owen, Margo Martindale, Billy Eichner, Cobie Smulders, Edie Falco, Taran Killam, Colin Hanks, Mira Sorvino, Elizabeth Reaser, and Anthony Green. The story is based on the book titled A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President by Jeffrey Toobin which revolves around the President Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky scandal of the late 1990s and the ensuing impeachment of Clinton. The series tells the story through the eyes of the women at the center of the events — Monica Lewinsky (Feldstein), Linda Tripp (Paulson), and Paula Jones (Ashford).
What do you think? Which season three episodes of the American Crime Story TV series do you rate as wonderful, terrible, or somewhere between? Are you glad that American Crime Story has been renewed for a fourth season on FX? Don’t forget to vote, and share your thoughts, below.
Bottega Veneta’s Salon 02 Collection Is a Symphony of Textures

Photos courtesy of Bottega Veneta.
Back in April, the luxury fashion house Bottega Veneta hosted a secret showcase of its latest Fall/Winter collection at Berlin’s Berghain nightclub. No phones or cameras were allowed in the notorious late night locale, which hosted a carefully-selected audience of global talents including Skepta, Slowthai, Honey Dijon, Burna Boy, and so the spirit of the collection remained a mystery. On Friday, the rest of the fashion world was finally let in on the secret, and the results were well worth the wait. Salon 02, the label’s newest ready-to-wear collection features dramatic, larger-than-life silhouettes accented with unique detailing. Models in the collection don pouf dresses glittering with glass embroidery, balloon coats bristling with ostrich feathers, and plenty of richly textured leather in a harmony of playfulness and sensuality. Below, take a peek at the collection.

Food-Delivery Workers Out Amid Historic NYC Flooding
A delivery worker in the Bronx navigates last night’s floodwaters.

Last night, New York City flooded. A tidal wave of sewage inundated the subway; manhole covers rattled like it was the apocalypse; the 60 minutes between 8:50 p.m. and 9:50 p.m. was, by a wide margin, the wettest hour ever in Central Park; water submerged cars in all five boroughs; and at least eight New Yorkers tragically lost their lives in the storm.
And who was out in this history-setting catastrophic storm? The workers tasked with delivering food to people who were safe and dry inside their homes.
A little after ten last night, a video appeared on Twitter purporting to show a food-delivery worker wading through waist-high floodwater, walking his bike while holding a white plastic delivery bag. Some questioned whether this person was actually a delivery worker — all signs indicate he was — other examples of food-deliverers out in the storm were simple to find, even after 10 p.m., while New York City was experiencing the worst of the rainfall.
Reactions to the above tweet ranged from “Tip generously tonight!” to “DON’T ORDER FOOD TONIGHT!” to “Whoever ordered food needs to be in The Hague.” And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez offered a measured, “Please do not be the person who orders delivery during a flash flood that the NWS has deemed a dangerous and life-threatening situation … If it’s too dangerous for you, it’s too dangerous for them.”
The video and photos are jarring, and the past 19 months have laid bare how uniquely vulnerable gig workers in general, and food-delivery workers specifically, are. Even as people worked through the surges of citywide COVID infection, many were not fairly compensated. As the New York Times reported this summer, “Though the minimum wage in New York City is $15 an hour, many residents who work for app-based services like Uber Eats, DoorDash and Lyft earn less than half that and cannot pay rent and other expenses, according to surveys of gig workers in the city.” While there have been efforts to organize, and to improve working conditions, last night is the clearest illustration yet that nothing has really improved at all.
It is, of course, not enough to say “tip generously,” or “don’t order food at a time when the people delivering it will have to risk their actual lives to get to your home,” because as we’ve seen throughout this pandemic — and these past ten days’ two major storms — putting workers’ lives at risk is not enough to deter everyone.
Instead, food delivery simply should not be an option; workers should be granted enough of a safety net so that they can stay safe without missing a night of wages. And we should be able to say that if the entire subway system is shut down, if there is a ban on all travel, and if the city’s streets are quite literally underwater, we aren’t risking workers’ safety unnecessarily so that you can get a sandwich or whatever delivered for dinner.

Meet 21 Americans Ready to Inspire During National Recovery Month
It’s time to celebrate recovery—and the people who live it every single day.
Across the country, it’s difficult to find people who don’t know someone personally affected by addiction. In July, a report from the United States government revealed that overdose deaths soared to a record 93,000 in 2020, a 29 percent increase from the year before COVID-19 impacted so many.
While there are many stories of hardship and grief, National Recovery Month is observed every September to teach Americans that substance use treatment and mental health services can enable those struggling to live healthy and rewarding lives.
Jason Wahler knows how difficult addiction can be. But after a public battle with drugs and alcohol, The Hills: New Beginnings star and CLEAN Cause ambassador is inspiring many to reach out for help.
“With National Recovery Month kicking off, the one thing I’d like to let people know is that it’s never too late,” he told E! News. “Ask yourself, ‘Does this add or subtract from the beautiful life I have to live? Am I really hitting my fullest potential?’ If the answer isn’t what you’d like, reach out and ask for help. You’re not alone whether it’s you, yourself struggling or a loved one around you and help is just an ask away.”
