Disney+ has released a new trailer for its upcoming original six-part docuseries On Pointe from executive producers Brian Grazer and Ron Howard. You can check out the official trailer now in the player below!

On Pointe captures a season in New York City’s world-renowned School of American Ballet (SAB). Featuring unprecedented access to one of the top youth ballet institutions in the world, the series follows the lives of the students ages 8 to 18 pursuing their dreams to become ballet dancers. While older students from all over the country rigorously train for professional careers, younger students from New York City are put through their paces as they rehearse and perform in New York City Ballet’s holiday classic “George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker” onstage at Lincoln Center.

The series is produced by Imagine Documentaries and DCTV, with Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Sara Bernstein, and Justin Wilkes executive producing from Imagine Entertainment; Matthew O’Neill serves as executive producer from DCTV.

La Doña is the eleventh album by Teena Marie, released in May 11, 2004 on the Cash Money label.
The album includes guest contributions from Rick James (“I Got You” – this was the last recording James made before his death), Gerald Levert (“A Rose by Any Other Name”), Common (“Revelations 3:8 Introduction”), Birdman (“Off the Chain”), MC Lyte (“The Mackin’ Game”) and Marie’s daughter, Alia Rose.

The album peaked at #6 on the Billboard 200, Marie’s highest placing (and first top 20 entry) on that chart. It also reached #3 on the R&B Albums chart.

The lead-off single “Still in Love” (which samples Al Green’s 1972 track “What a Wonderful Thing Love Is”) was Marie’s first Top 30 hit on the US Hot R&B Singles chart for 14 years, peaking at #23. It was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2005 in the category Best Female R&B Vocal Performance.

The follow-up single “A Rose By Any Other Name”, a duet with Gerald Levert peaked at #53 on the US Hot R&B Singles chart.

She performed “My Body’s Hungry” on The Parkers in 2000.

Oats is one of the most popular healthy breakfast food. There are hundreds of oats recipes out there. I looked at the some of the most commonly asked oats related questions out there. To keep thing simple at the beginning, I picked one sweet and one savoury oatmeal recipe to share with you today.

Savoury Oatmeal Recipe | Oats fusion
Time to cook: ~15 minutes.
Ingredients (2-3 serving):
Oats 1 cup
Water 2.5 cups (2.5 times water)
Mushrooms 200g.
Carrots 1 medium sized chopped.
Green Peas 50 g.
Cashews, Black Pepper (for topping)

Chocolate Oats | Sweet Oats | Chocolate Oats Porridge
Time to cook ~10 minutes
Ingredients (2-3 servings)
Oats – 1 cup
Milk (vegan or dairy). 2 cups (2 times oats)
Honey 2-3 tbsp.
Cocoa powder 2-3 tbsp.
Fruits as per choice. We suggest bananas (sliced), pomegranate.
Walnuts or other dry fruits and chia seeds are optional.
