We will learn through this video how to make Chole & Bhature. We have used Whole Wheat flour for Bhature and they are as soft and tasty as the ones made from maida. Whole wheat flour is a healthier substitute to the maida. Also, the homemade desi ghee Chole is very healthy, low on calories, low on fat and still delicious.

Chole Bhature or Chana puri is an Indian street food which is a combination of spicy Chickpeas and fried Bhatura that is made from Whole wheat flour. Chole Bhature is a popular Indian recipe from the Punjabi cuisine. Chole is a tangy curry of white chickpeas whereas Bhatura is a fluffy and fried bread. It is usually consumed in breakfast or lunch or dinner served with Lassi, onions, green sauce and Pickle and fried potatoes.

Aloo Bhatura and Paneer Bhatura are the most popular varieties of Bhatura which is served with chickpeas cooked in a spicy gravy of tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Chickpeas are simmered in spicy-tangy tomato gravy with indigenous spices. It is served with steaming hot, puffed, deep fried and soft Bhaturas.

Chickpeas/Chole contain high amount of dietary fiber and low amount of fat. It is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. Chickpeas can help to control weight, improve intestinal health, and decrease the risk of type II diabetes and reduces the risk of heart disease. Chickpea is a good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, beta-carotene and loads of other antioxidants along with phytochemicals.

All you need is access to Disney+ (or a copy of the Blu-ray) and access to Twitter, through whatever methods work best for you. At the appointed time, you simply press play on Tangled, so that everybody is watching the same part of the movie at the same time, then you follow the hashtag on Twitter, and use it yourself, to join the conversation.

The 2020 American Music Awards (AMAs) took place last night and we have the full winners list.

Artist of the Year went to Taylor Swift largely because of her stunning, slow burning surprise album folklore. She also took home Favorite Music Video for “cardigan” and Favorite Female Artist.

The Weeknd also won three awards for his smash album After Hours and single, “Heartless” — Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Album and Favorite Song in the Soul/R&B categories.

Other big winners were announced throughout the night including New Artist of the Year – Doja Cat, Favorite Male Artist – Justin Bieber, and Favorite Song of the Year – Dua Lipa with “Don’t Start Now.” Plus, Megan Thee Stallion, Juice WRLD and more.

Lady Gaga took home Favorite Artist in the Electronic Dance Music category, prevailing over Kygo and Marshmello. Her sixth album Chromatica was heavily influnenced by dance music and produced in part by Bloodpop, Skrillex, Axwell, Madeon, Tchami and more.

The star-studded event featured performances from The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, Justin Bieber, Bebe Rexha and Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Jennifer Lopez and Maluma, and more.

Waxwork Records reveals The Mummy Spinature figure!

To celebrate the birthday of the late genre icon, Waxwork Records has revealed the latest figure to come from its Spinature figure line with Karloff’s iteration of Universal Pictures’ classic monster The Mummy. The figure, which is now available for pre-order, can be viewed below!

The Universal Horror line is part of a new set of figures the company has developed called Spinatures, which are highly-detailed turntable-spinner mini-busts that will feature iconic characters from pop culture, horror movies and beyond! Each figure is fitted with a hole in their base to easily attach to the spindle of a turntable and then spin along with your favorite records.

For those who don’t have a turntable, Waxwork has taken this into account for collectors with the ability to proudly display their Spinatures figures virtually anywhere. Any home or office setting is perfect for them, including computer desks, bookshelves, toy and collectible display cases, counter tops and even car dashboards.

The first Spinature figure came in the form of Frankenstein from their Universal Horror Line, an official Universal Monster product designed and produced by Waxwork and features the iconic creature from the landmark 1931 horror film with the likeness of legendary actor Boris Karloff. Other figures currently available for pre-order include The Bride of Frankenstein, Halloween II‘s Michael Myers and Halloween III‘s Skeleton, Witch and Jack-o-Lantern masks!

VILLA shares genre-defying depth with a new, self-released single “In My Head” featuring Navyhue. Not only is the song a standout single, it brings awareness to an health concern close to heart.

Production-wise, “In My Head” expresses a vast range of emotion with open and honest lyrics, dramatic percussion and horns, all brought to full scale through VILLA’s musicality and vibrant energy. Upon first listening to the track, we instantly fell in love with it — but there’s a deeper meaning she hopes to bring to light.

There’s a story behind every song, and this one reflects the producer’s recent battle with tinnitus, in hopes the track will bring awareness to the problem. Tinnitus is a symptom associated with hearing loss, typically caused by over-exposure to loud sounds, which results in the perception of noise or ringing in the ears.

VILLA shares in her own words:

I didn’t know what tinnitus was when I first entered the scene. Learning to cope with this very misunderstood now-permanent condition has been one of the hardest, depressing, and most anxiety-inducing things I’ve ever had to learn how to do and this song is a reflection of some of my darkest times along this journey.
