After Borat 2, Is It Time For Napoleon Dynamite 2?
Pro: Thereās More Humor To Mine From Napoleon Dynamiteās Middle-America Awkwardness, Particularly As A Fledgling Adult
As noted earlier, now that Napoleon Dynamite will be well into adulthood, there’s more humor to mine from his awkward, humble-minded surroundings in this sequel. The original’s success wasn’t based solely on our geeky lead’s goofy perspective. Rather, it’s the strange Middle America environment he inhabits.
While we’ve gotten a glimpse at the adults who live inside this peculiar cinematic world, we haven’t interacted with them much. Through this sequel, which explores what Dynamite is like as a fledgling adult, we’ll get a look at the other side of the coin and see how the unsophisticated adults act with their peers in their “normal” day-to-day lives.
Personally, I’d be curious to see Napoleon returning to his high school reunion either as a new adult with something to prove or as the same dweeb he was before, while everyone he once knew has changed drastically ā for better or worse.

Afro Cuban Jazz: by 6 & 7 graders
There is always a beginning in everything in life, as well as learning about a particular music genre. In this case at a Jazz camp in Santa Clara California, the kids learn about the origin of Afro music, but also are informed of how the music evolved. More importantly, we teach them how to play the various drums and percussions and how they fit in a band.
The kids kids who came to the Jazz camp are from the area middle schools and will go on to join their school bands, and if interested, will join any school band of their choice.

The Funniest Superhero Movie Cameos (Not Counting Stan Lee)
Lynda Carter – Principal Powers (Sky High)
Calling Lynda Carterās role in Sky High a cameo is honestly a bit of a reach, but she does make a pretty funny reference at one point to her years leading the Wonder Woman TV show in the late 1970s. Not to mention, she does get less screen time in the 2005 Disney flick as Principal Powers, head of the titular school for young superheroes in training, than her co-star Bruce Campbell, who essentially made his superhero character debut as Coach Boomer (a.k.a., Sonic Boom) despite a few earlier, small comic book movie appearances.
