Everyone I know loves a good barbecue. In my humble opinion, the best barbecue comes from the South. It used to be my weekend splurge meal, while at the University of South Florida. L.A., however, is known for its great Mexican food and halfway decent, Asian cuisine. There are even rumors of great French Dip sandwiches.

Situated in coveted Grand Central Market, Horse Thief dishes up an authentic, Texas barbecue. The ribs and sausage are succulent, but do not dare pass up the brisket! No clue what horse robbery has to do with smoked meat, but heyā¦the food is very good.
