Cheesy Paneer Cigar

Ingredients :

Dough :
1 Cup Maida
1 tsp – Oil
Salt to taste
Make a Soft Dough
Knead with Oil Properly amd Make a dough and keep it for 30 min ,Make a small balls and make a 2 Puri and roll one Puri apply oil amd Sprinkle some Maida amd put other Puri up ane Roll it thin with Maida and Like this Make a Roti and Cook both the side in tawa , Cook both the Side little only and Open the Roti ,u will get 2 roti ,Keep it in Cloth and Cover Properly

Filling :
Take a Bowl
1 Cup – Grated Paneer
1/2 Cup – Grated Cheese
1 Cup – Onion Chopped
1/4 Cup – Green Capsicum Chopped
1/4 Cup – Corainder Chopped
2 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
1/4 Cup – Spring Onion Green Part Chopped
2 tbsp – Fresh Green Garlic Chopped
1 no – Fresh Red Chilli Chopped
Salt to Taste
1/8 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
Mix everything Properly,Keep a aside

Slury :
2 tbsp – Maida
add water and make a medium thick slurry

Take a above Roti and Cut Square Shape
Make a Shape of Cigar ,Stick with Slurry and make a Cigar and Fry in Medium to Slow Flame till golden

Serve with Chilli Garlice Sauce
