Ingredients

To Make Fried Soya

Soya Chunks- 100 Gmns
Salt- 1 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1tbspn
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbspn
Corn Flour – 1to2 tbspn
Oil For Deep Frying

To Make Chilli Soya

oil – 1 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 Tsp
Chopped Ginger – 2 Tsp
Onion – 1 No.
Capsicum – 1 No.
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Pepper
Vinegar- 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce -2 Tsp
Chilli Sauce-2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Corn Flour Slurry -1/2cup
celery, spring onion

Method:
Step 1: Frying the soya chunks.

1. Soak the soya chunks in the hot water for 15 mins.
2. After 15mins, remove the excess water and keep it aside.
3. To the soya chunks, add salt, chilli powder,pepper p, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix everything.
4. Now add corn flour and the mix again. Make the sure every piece is coated properly.
5. Heat some oil and deep fry the chunks in batches until they are golden brown in colour.

Step 2: Making chilli soya
6. To a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger and saute it.
7. Add onion and capsicum and saute. 8. Add salt and pepper to season the vegetables.
9. Now add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and mix everything.
10. To thick the sauce, add corn flour slurry.
11. Once the sauce is ready, add the fried soya chunks and mix.
12. Add the spring onions and mix.
13. Finish it by adding some green chillies.
