Hollywood Carnival Parade
The Hollywood Carnival Parade is a celebration of cultures and traditions, featuring colorful costumes, dance, food, arts, crafts, and music from around the world. The Hollywood Carnival Parade celebration will commence with the Grand Marshal beginning the Parade of the Bands, on the world famous Hollywood Blvd. It proceeds for three (3) miles ending on Highland Ave.
The Hollywood Carnival Parade miraculously transform into a Grand Carnival & Street Extravaganza with parade-goers and masqueraders dressed in vibrant, breathtaking costumes dancing to pulsating rhythms of Calypso, Soca, Samba, Reggae, Zouke, Latin, Punta, Meringue, Mariachi, Reggaeton, Blues, Jazz, Steel-pan, Indian, Asian, African, Middle Eastern and other worldly music. The Hollywood Carnival Parade highly anticipates attracting a significant amount of attendees from near and far creating a great family-friendly environment.
The Hollywood Carnival Parade ends in the heart of Hollywood, the entertainment capital of the world, The Hollywood carnival village provides a unique opportunity to experience the worlds best culture. The Hollywood Carnival village a;sp features a grand 50-foot sound stage, liquor bar, international food court, a variety of arts & crafts from around the world.
This Hollywood Carnival Parade 2015 event featured Over 10 hours of entertainment, Over 35 bands and cultural groups performing on stage, Performers representing over 25 countries ranging from the Caribbean, South America, Asia, Europe, and others, Special presentation by the world renowned summer carnival called the Micareta and much more!
