Today in our village we cook the original Arabian kuzhi mandhi recipe. by our own village style. First of we dig a big deep pit , and make all arrangements needed for cooking kuzhi mandhi. and then we marinate the chicken with masalas and we make the rice preparation then we place the preparation inside the pit…steam the preparation with already made steam fire.
