Mexican Hot Cocoa
Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/8 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/8 tsp
-Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
-Brown sugar 2 tbs Substitute: Honey 2 tbs

Directions:
-In a saucepan,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add cocoa powder,turmeric powder,nutmeg powder,black pepper powder,cayenne powder,cinnamon powder,brown sugar,whisk well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Serve hot or warm!

-Cocoa powder,haldi powder,jaifil powder,kali mirch powder,cayenne powder,darchini powder aur brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Garam or warm serve karein!
