PUNTA-TACO!

Um tema de influência latino-americana (a linha de baixo sugere uma Milonga), que teve vários títulos antes do atual (como “Fudél” Los Castro, Cuba Libre ou simplesmente Afro-Cubano). O nome Punta-taco vem da famosa manobra automobilística na qual se usa o mesmo pé para pisar no acelerador e na embreagem simultaneamente: aqui o baterista Didi usa dois pedais simultaneamente, mas um para o bumbo e outro para a clave no cowbell.

This track have many names before the final one (some of them were Cuba Libre, Afro-cuban or Fudel los Castro – this last one is of impossible english translation, but is enough to say that it’s message means something like “Fuck the Castros “). Punta-taco is an automobile maneuver in which the pilot steps over 2 pedals at the same time, the brake and the accelerator. In this track the drummer Didi uses 2 pedals simultaneously in his kit: one for the bass drum and the other for the cowbell clave.
