1/2 cup Fat Sooji
1 1/2 cups Water

1 tblsp Oil
1 1/2 tblsps Raw Peanuts
5-6 Kaju (Cashew Nuts)
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard Seeds)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin Seeds)
1 tsp Urad Dal(Black gram)
6-7 Curry Leaves
1 small Onion finely chopped (approx. 1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp finely chopped Ginger
1 Green Chilli finely chopped
1 medium Tomato finely chopped (approx. 1/3 cup)
1 Tsp Salt (or as per taste)
Sooji roasted (see video)
1 tblsp Coriander Leaves
