In this video we will see how to make soya biryani recipe in tamil. This meal maker biryani can be made in a pressure cooker in no time and it cooks perfectly. Soya chunks are soaked in warm water and then the excess moisture is removed from them. This meal maker is a great meat alternative for biryani and really absorbs the flavor of the masala added in the biryani. Cokking in the pressure cooker also makes the meal maker to absorb a lot of flavor from our seasoning. I have also added an extra step of marinating the soya chunks to really get them to absorb the masala.
