Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the brand new HYATT REGENCY JFK AIRPORT AT RESORTS WORLD NEW YORK CITY in Queens, opening to the public August 9, 2021. The 12,000-square-foot restaurant is the 21st currently open location for the world-famous brand celebrating 12+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world. Sugar Factory’s official DJ, Pauly D, American television personality and one of the stars of MTV’s hit show “Jersey Shore,” will host the grand opening on Sunday, August 15. Following the opening, rapper turned business mogul, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, will host another grand opening party on Friday, September 10, celebrating the launch of the new South Side Goblet, made with his Branson Cognac.

“We are excited to introduce our high energy fun experience to guests of Resorts World New York City – from our floor to ceiling candy wall to our full service cafe, Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Resorts World New York City will keep guests coming back for more,” said Sugar Factory Partner, Larry Rudolph.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York City will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquettes, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art, and a glamorous dining space including interactive experiences.

The expansive retail confectionery will feature Sugar Factory’s signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 50 types of sweet treats, including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the brand’s world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionery, Sugar Factory Resorts World will also have a grab-and-go café featuring its own entrance and menu. It will offer sandwiches, salads, crepes, coffees, boba, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries, as well as homemade gelato and ice cream.

“Sugar Factory coming to the HYATT REGENCY JFK AIRPORT AT RESORTS WORLD NEW YORK CITY makes our grand opening even sweeter!,” said Brian Reynolds, Senior Vice President of Operations, Resorts World Casino New York City. “We’re ecstatic that our guests will be able to experience America’s favorite eatery, known for its great food and great fun, a truly winning combination.”

Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as monster burgers, Insane Milkshakes, savory crepes, salads, and specialty pizzas and pastas. Guests can inject a pop of color into their breakfast order with the new fan favorite, the Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes — fluffy, colorful rainbow pancakes, served with warm maple syrup, powdered sugar, butter and topped with chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles. Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as the Pan Roasted Prime Rib Eye paired with a crispy brick of Havarti cheese; Roasted Lobster Mac and Cheese for two; Brick Chicken served with mashed potatoes dressed in a lemon-herb sauce; The Big Cheesy Burger that is topped with melted white cheddar, creamy mac & cheese, and bacon on a toasted potato bun; over-the-top Insane Milkshakes; and the Holly Gold Monster Burger, dressed in a 24k gold leaf served with gold dusted fries. Legendary desserts will top the menu like the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce and giant whirly pops.

The restaurant’s elevated white marble bar seats provide full-menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets like the popular Lollipop Passion, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces, and the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies. Guests can enjoy celebrity-approved goblets such as the Rock’s Soul Man with his Teremana Tequila; 50 Cent’s South Side goblet and the Candy Shop goblet with Branson Cognac; Mario Lopez’s Monster Hurricane with Casa Mexico Silver Tequila; Travis Scott’s Strawberry Hustle with Cacti Spiked Seltzer; Snoop Dogg’s Strawberry Lemonade Smash and Tropical Fruit Punch with his INDOGGO Gin; Bruno Mars’ Watermelon Piña Colada and Mai Tai made with SelvaRey Rum; Nick Jonas and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila; and The Drake, crafted with his Virginia Black Whiskey.
