Development on theĀ Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake remains active as the team behind the game took to social media to update fans on the status of the upcoming title.

Ubisoft also noted in itsĀ recent earnings call that the game is aiming for a new release schedule.Ā The game is now set to launch between April 2022 and March 2023, along with Rocksmith+ and Tom Clancyās The Division Heartland.

Originally slated for January 2021, the title was delayed into March 2021 before then being delayed indefinitely, and now has a release date of sometime between 2022-23. It is currently set for a last-gen release.
