Yeast Activation:
1 Cup (240 ml) Warm Milk
3 Tsp Sugar
3 & 1/2 Tsp Dry Yeast

Dough:
3 & 1/2 Cups (420 gm) All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Water
4 Tsp Butter

[BAKING INSTRUCTION]
Preheat Oven at 200°C. Bake at 200°C for first 20 min followed by 180°C for next 30 min.
