Jude discusses the difference between workers and bosses. Some people are poor with a workers mentality i.e they just want to do a 9-5 in someone else economical scheme and others want to be bosses, meaning creating opportunities for themselves and forgoing being a slave to the system. Judas is convinced you cannot turn a worker into a boss. It is all a frame of mind.
