Superman: Legacy director James Gunn has posted a behind-the-scenes photo following a table read of the DC Universe movieâs script.
On Instagram, Gunn posted a photo of himself with the cast of Superman: Legacy with the caption, âAfter the table read with the #Superman cast. Eve, Mr. Terrific, Superman/Clark, Otis, Lex, producer Peter Safran, Jimmy, Metamorpho, Lois, Hawkgirl, me, Guy, The Engineer all together for the first time! What a wonderful day.â

The titular role in Superman: Legacy is being played by David Corenswet (Pearl, The Politician), while Lois Lane will be played by The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star Rachel Brosnahan. Theyâre joined by Nicholas Hoult, Skyler Gisondo, MarĂa Gabriela De FarĂa, Sara Sampaio, Isabela Merced, Nathan Fillion, Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan, and more. The film is set to release on July 11, 2025.
