For Vada :

Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves – 4
Green chillies – 2
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Salt to taste

For tamarind chutney:
Tamarind pulp- 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
water

For Dahi Vada Decoration :
Curd – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Cumin powder
Salt
Chat masala
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney
Red chilli
