Crispy Masala Vada

Ingredients :

1 Cup = 250 ml

1 Cup – Chana Dal (Chickpea Dal )( Washed n Soaked for 3-4 Hours )
Grind it Coarsely Without Water but Keep a side or remove
2 tbsp – Chana dal ( removed from 1 Cup after Soaking )

Mix all the things above Coarsely Grinded Dal and Whole Soaked Dal
And add
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp – Ginger Chopped
3 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
3 tbsp – Garlic Crushed
1 no – Red Chilli Chopped ( Spicy )
1 tsp – Salt to taste
1 no – Onion Chopped ( Big )
3-4 tbsp – Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tbsp – Curry Leaves Chopped
Optional
1 tsp – Coarsely Grinded Black Pepper
1 tsp – Fennel Seeds ( Sauf )

Mix all the things Properly
And Make a Flat Vada with the Help of Wet Hands
and Fry it till golden in Slow Flame
(Note : 1st Heat pil Properly in fast flame after Putting the Vada , Slow the Flame and Fry it )
