Crispy Masala Vada
Ingredients :
1 Cup = 250 ml
1 Cup β Chana Dal (Chickpea Dal )( Washed n Soaked for 3-4 Hours )
Grind it Coarsely Without Water but Keep a side or remove
2 tbsp β Chana dal ( removed from 1 Cup after Soaking )
Mix all the things above Coarsely Grinded Dal and Whole Soaked Dal
And add
1 tsp β Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp β Ginger Chopped
3 tbsp β Green Chilli Chopped
3 tbsp β Garlic Crushed
1 no β Red Chilli Chopped ( Spicy )
1 tsp β Salt to taste
1 no β Onion Chopped ( Big )
3-4 tbsp β Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tbsp β Curry Leaves Chopped
Optional
1 tsp β Coarsely Grinded Black Pepper
1 tsp β Fennel Seeds ( Sauf )
Mix all the things Properly
And Make a Flat Vada with the Help of Wet Hands
and Fry it till golden in Slow Flame
(Note : 1st Heat pil Properly in fast flame after Putting the Vada , Slow the Flame and Fry it )
