This concert was the 20th Annual Divas Simply Singing AIDS Benefit concert, organized and hosted by Sheryl Lee Ralph at the Saban Theater in Los Angeles. It is an annual magical evening of song and entertainment that benefits The Diva Foundation and Women Alive Coalition, a treatment based organization created by and for women living with HIV and AIDS. This unusual event features a host of the most talented women in the entertainment business united in a benefit concert to continue the courageous battle against HIV/AIDS.
Some other divas that performed that night include Sheryl Lee Ralph, Chaka Khan, Ledisi, Deborah Cox, Jody Watley, Kelly Price, Gloria Loring, Loretta Divine, Naturi Naughton, and Arielle Jacobs.
