It’s been quiet long since I posted something. Took a long break of 1 month due to my health issues. Happy to be back again, hoping to have full support from all of you as always
From my Kitchen today is yet another traditional prawn dish :
KONJU MURINGAKKA AVIYAL
Usually served with Rice, this is a MUST TRY !

Ingredients:
Shrimp (Prawns) – Usually made with small shrimps : 10-12
Drumsticks: 6
Shallots 10 (5 while cooking drumsticks & 5 for Coconut paste)
Garlic 5 (3 nwhile cooking drumsticks & 2 for Coconut paste)
Green chilly 5 (3 to cook shrimps n drumsticks & 2 for coconut paste)
Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Grated coconut 1 cup
Coconut oil 1 tsp (optional)
