From Raiders game days, concerts and shows to private and social events at the stadium, Silver & Black Hospitality will define the food and beverage experience from entry to exit. As guests visit Allegiant Stadium, they will sip and savor a wide range of experiences that won’t disappoint.
The line-up of culinary superstars includes dishes by chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of BBQ Mexicana, traditional Italian favorites courtesy of Ferraro’s, mouth-watering burgers with a Japanese twist from Fukuburger, chef Marc Marrone and Todd Lunger of Graffiti Bao, celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s Tailgate Kitchen and Bar, homegrown burgers from Holsteins, pizza by the slice from award-winning pizza maker Pizza Rock by Tony Gemignani, and down-home BBQ courtesy of Rollin’ Smoke.
“We’ve worked tirelessly with our partners at Levy to ensure we are defining world-class hospitality and offering best-in-class quality and variety while still hitting an affordable price point,” said Marc Badain, President, Las Vegas Raiders. “With nearly 30 dining partners, Allegiant Stadium offers something for every fan. Food and beverage are always a big part of the game- and event-day experience, and we can’t wait for our fans to enjoy our delicious and specially curated line-up.”
Allegiant Stadium dining also includes a roster of Las Vegas’ favorite local establishments, including Café Lola, Capriotti’s, Evel Pie, Freed’s Bakery, Sushi Joe, Slidin’ Thru, Island Flavor, Jesse Rae’s BBQ, Generations Kitchen, and more. Another dining destination, Battle Born Burgers, will provide career and training opportunities to the community through a partnership with nonprofit SEEDS-Las Vegas.
“Silver & Black Hospitality represents the incredible Las Vegas food and beverage scene that is like no other in the world,” said Andy Lansing, President and CEO, Levy. “Our goal is to bring the very best of Vegas under one roof, and we’re excited to welcome fans with amazing hospitality this season. There truly is something for everyone, from celebrated chefs, to treasured community restaurants, to a beverage culture crafted just for Allegiant Stadium. Every dining experience at the stadium will be a celebration of Las Vegas.”
Designs and menus for concourse dining destinations were created to blend The Strip, Vegas local favorites, and Raiders tailgate traditions. Among these hot spots are loaded hot dogs (Neon Eats), Raiders tailgate fare (Tastes of the Nation), square slices (P2 Pizza), signature cocktails (Area 41), and beer, wine, and cocktails (The 1960), among others.
Allegiant Stadium has enlisted Las Vegas-based bartending icon, Tony Abou-Ganim, who takes the helm as resident master mixologist. A sampling of signature Allegiant Stadium/Las Vegas Raiders-themed drinks include the Bloody Fist Mary made with Diane Mina’s organic mix, Silver & Black Margarita with Casamigos, and the “Chucky” with Gentleman Jack. Stadium-wide wine selections include Mondavi Private Selection cabernet, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay. Elevated wines from the Constellation portfolio, including Prisoner, Meiomi and Kim Crawford, will be available in private suites and lounges, while Raiders alumnus and incoming Pro Football Hall of Famer Charles Woodson, will offer his Intercept Wine collection at Shift 4 and San Manuel Clubs. Pro Football Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff will also offer his 25 wine at select locations.
Beer fans will have plenty to quench their thirst, with more than 25 brews available stadium-wide, including favorite domestic and craft draft and cans, including multiple selections from the portfolios of Molson Coors and Constellation Brands.
In addition to the vast collection of signature and local options, fans will find value in Allegiant Stadium’s classic stadium offerings through the House Deals menu. Available at designated concession stands throughout the stadium, the House Deals menu offers six of the top-selling game day items at $3, including hot dogs, pretzels, peanuts, small sodas, classic nachos and popcorn.
All food and beverage destinations across Allegiant Stadium are cashless and accept all major credit and debit cards. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card using one of the Cash to Card kiosks located throughout the stadium. According to Badain, a cash-free operation maximizes speed of service and helps to deliver a safer, contactless check-out process – both important elements of the Allegiant Stadium experience.
