Director Clint Eastwood was recently seen filming Juror #2.

Eastwood is one of America’s most prolific actors and filmmakers. Well known for playing The Man With No Name in Sergio Leone’s Dollars Trilogy of Spaghetti Westerns, he has directed some well-received films, such as Unforgiven, Million Dollar Baby, and Mystic River. Most recently, he helmed Richard Jewell and Cry Macho.

The 93-year-old director was seen on set in Savannah, Georgia, filming what is expected to be his final movie, Juror #2. “Family man Justin Kemp who, while serving as a juror in a high profile murder trial, finds himself struggling with a serious moral dilemma…one he could use to sway the jury verdict and potentially convict, or free the wrong killer,” reads the IMDb synopsis.

Who is in the Juror #2 cast?

The film will star Nicholas Hoult as Justin Kemp. The supporting cast includes Toni Collette, Zoey Deutch, Kiefer Sutherland, and Leslie Bibb.

The movie will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Mortal Kombat 2 Production Has Begun for Live-Action Sequel

Producer Todd Garner took to Twitter to confirm that the Mortal Kombat 2 production on New Line Cinema’s upcoming fantasy action sequel has officially begun. In his post, he promised that they’ve learned from their past mistakes with the first installment and are “committed to making the best MK2 possible.” At the time of writing, Warner Bros. has not yet made any announcement regarding the sequel’s release date.

Who’s the Cast of Mortal Kombat 2?

Mortal Kombat 2 is being directed by Simon McQuoid from a screenplay written by Moon Knight head writer Jeremy Slater. The sequel will feature the return of Lewis Tan as Cole Young, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Josh Lawson as Kano, Tadanobu Asano as Lord Raiden, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Chin Han as Shang Tsung, Joe Taslim as Bi-Han and Sub-Zero, Hiroyuki Sanada as Hanzo Hasashi and Scorpion, and Max Huang as Kung Lao.

The action sequel will also introduce a number of new characters in the form The Boys star Karl Urban as Johnny Cage, Adeline Rudolph (Resident Evil) as Kitana, Tati Gabrielle (You) as Jade, Martyn Ford (F9) as emperor Shao Kahn, Mindhunter’s Damon Herriman as Netherrealm demon Quan Chi, Desmond Chiam (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) as Edenian King Jerrod and Ana Thu Nguyen (Get Free) as Queen Sindel.

Further details about the next installment’s plot are still being kept under wraps. It is produced by James Wan, Michael Clear, Todd Garner, and E. Bennet Walsh.

Gorillaz Cancel U.S. Tour | Pitchfork

Just over three weeks ago, Gorillaz announced a short tour of the United States that was going to take place in September. The band has now canceled the tour. In emails to prospective attendees, ticketing agents wrote:

Due to scheduling conflicts and circumstances beyond our control, the previously announced Gorillaz shows in September have been cancelled. Refunds will be issued automatically at your point of purchase and will be processed as quickly as possible, there is nothing further for you to do at this time. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund to process.

Gorillaz were going to be joined by Kaytranada, Lil Yachty, and Remi Wolf on their tour. The group was going to perform in Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, and Boston. In a new statement, Gorillaz said: “We are gutted not to be able to perform for you this year. We were really looking forward to it and we hope to get back to you again as soon as we can. We love our Gorillaz family and we can’t wait to see you again.”

Before announcing the tour, Gorillaz performed at Coachella in April. Across both weekends, Damon Albarn and the band were joined onstage by Bad Bunny, De La Soul, and more.
