Finger millets pudding or halbayi or manni is a healthy sweet dish. Finger millets contain vitamins, minerals and rich fiber. We use finger millets milk, coconut milk and jaggery for this sweet. Both the milks and jaggery are added together and cooked for 1 hour, until it thickens. Then shift into a greased tray. Wait until complete cool down and then cut into pieces.

Ingredients:

Finger millet 300 grms
Coconut mil 1 ltr
Jaggery 500-600 grms
Ghee 6-7sp
Cardamom powder 1sp
Salt pinch
Water 1/2 ltr
