BIZOL C30, WURTH, najlepiej 3 krotnie porządnie i ustawiamy nawiew na 1, zamykamy obudowę bez filtra i zostawiamy na kilka minut, środek zaczyna działać, następnie otwieramy i znowu psikamy cały parownik i obudowę filtra i tak 3 razy.
6. Oczyszczamy szmatką całą obudowę filtra do sucha i gdy wszystko jest suche, wsuwamy NOWY filtr kabinowy, najlepiej z dodatkiem węgla aktywnego np. DENSO.

Easy Homemade Hummus Recipe from Scratch

2 qt plastic container –
Colander –
Chickpea Pot –

Ingredients for this recipe:

• 4 ½ cups of cooked dried chickpeas or 4 1/2 cups canned – see notes
• ½ cup tahini
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1/3 cup roasted garlic
• ¼ cup roasted garlic olive oil – see notes on how to make
• sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Serves: 12

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

1. Add the chickpeas to a food processor and pulse on high speed until it forms a thick paste
2. Next, add in the tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt and process over low heat for 2-4 minutes while drizzling in the roasted garlic olive oil until very smooth.
3. Serve with on a plate with a drizzle of olive oil, cayenne and optional chopped parsley.

Chef Notes:

• Submerge some dried chickpeas in cold water and let them sit overnight. I like for the water to cover the chickpeas by at least 4 inches. Drain the chickpeas and transfer to a pot and add in cold water until it is covering the garbanzo beans by about 2 inches. Also add in 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Bring them to a boil over high heat and then simmer for 30-40 minutes over low heat or until tender. Drain the cooked garbanzo beans and transfer to a pot or bowl and cover them with cold water.
• Place your hands into the pot or bowl and move the chickpeas around, irritating them so that the outside shell falls off. Scoop up the shells using a hands trainer and remove. While this step is not necessary will make your hummus so much creamier and delicious. Drain the chickpeas and set aside. if you are using canned chickpeas, all you need to do is drain them and they are ready to use.
• Make-Ahead: You can make this recipe up to 2 days ahead of time, simple keep cool and covered before serving.

• How to Store: Keep covered and in the refrigerator for 6-7 days. This will not freeze well.

• You can absolutely skip the soaking and cooking of the dried chickpeas for canned and drained garbanzo beans.

• Substitute the olive oil in the recipe for some water if you are looking for it to be on the healthier side.

• To make roasted garlic, cook 1 ½ cups of garlic cloves in 2 cups of extra virgin olive oil over low heat for 30-40 minutes or until soft and very browned.

• You may need to adjust the flavor with more tahini, lemon juice or salt.

An AMC revenge thriller series, The Beast Must Die TV show stars Jared Harris, Cush Jumbo, Geraldine James, Nathaniel Parker, Maeve Dermody, Douggie McMeekin, Mia Tomlinson, Barney Sayburn, and Billy Howle. After learning that the police investigation into the fatal hit and run of her young son Martie has been dropped, Frances Cairnes (Jumbo) takes matters into her own hands. Posing as a novelist researching a new murder mystery, Frances ingratiates herself with the family of George Rattery (Harris), the man she suspects is responsible, and sets a plan in action to kill him. She’s tracked by detective Nigel Strangeways (Howle), who has reason to believe his department covered up Rattery’s involvement in the incident.

Ever wonder why the ladies of Los Angeles pull out their furs as soon as the temperature drops below 70? It’s the dry heat, darling. The city’s desert climate means that simmering summer temperatures drop as soon as the sun goes down, leaving Angelenos to bundle up before heading out for the night. Last week, Moncler threw its hat in the Los Angeles winter wear ring with the opening of it’s new West Coast flagship. The weather was balmy on the evening of the boutique’s opening, but that didn’t stop the city’s it-crowd from showing up clad head-to-toe in the Italian luxury label’s signature feather-down styles. The new boutique, situated on Beverly Hills’ iconic Rodeo Drive, is a multi-floor, cavernous affair with a sculptural central staircase that appears to have been carved into an alpine rock face. Mirrored walls and light wood accents brighten the space, which will showcase pieces from the label’s Genius and Grenoble collections, adding a distinct California feel to its earthy mountain aesthetic.

To mark the boutique’s opening, Moncler collaborated with the Los Angeles-based artist Steven Harrington, whose vivid psychedelic-pop creations embody the label’s signature mix of timelessness and genre-bending innovation, to create a series of distinctive art objects, available for sale and dispersed throughout the space. Foremost among them is a larger-than-life Moncler Pupazzo, situated on the boutique’s main floor, clad in the brand’s signature puffer jacket and holding a palm tree—a perfect encapsulation of the label’s unbounded embrace of style— from beach to mountain peak.

Lucy Hale played a character known for keeping secrets, but the actress herself has decided not to keep one of her tattoos.

On Sunday, Aug. 8, the 32-year-old Pretty Little Liars alum shared a photo to her Instagram Story of a sun tattoo on the left side of her torso that she has decided to remove with laser treatments. The post was part of a series of shots she shared to her Story in honor of her older sister Maggie‘s birthday.

“it’s my sweet, hardworking, inspiring sisters birthday today & I’ll say it here…she could kick your ass, make a charcuterie board better that’s Pinterest status, all while raising 3 kids looking GORG,” Lucy wrote to accompany a photo of her sister.

The Fantasy Island actress later shared an image of herself lifting up her top to reveal her sun tattoo, which matched an identical one Maggie had on her right wrist.

“I’ve made her get tattoos with me (I’m sorry Maggie I’m getting this one lasered off),” Lucy wrote.

After a couple of heavy reads, we were in the mood for something lighter, and what better way to answer that call, than with a witty, warm, captivating, and sexy read by L.H. Cosway. We couldn’t wait to experience lots of giggles, emotion, and passion, with characters who would steal our hearts. Sidequest for Love was the perfect read for our mood, and once again our hearts have been warmed with relatable characters in this wonderfully funny, sweet slow-burn friends to lovers.

“I think it’s wonderful how you see the world. You don’t dismiss people because of their imperfections. In fact, you seem to enjoy people far more because they’re imperfect.”

SideQuest for Love is a standalone spinoff from the Running on Air Series, where we meet twenty-five-year-old Afric O’Connor, a popular gamer originally from Dublin, now living in London. Afric is one of eight siblings and had to learn to stand up for herself. She tells it as it is, she’s quirky, funny, and lacks a filter. And we couldn’t love her more!

They say opposites attract, and that was the case with Afric and thirty-year-old Neil Durant. The first meeting between Afric and Neil was anything but successful, as they rubbed each other up the wrong way. Neil was measured and ordered, Afric was carefree and chaotic, and fate had other ideas.

“I think we often avoid those who aren’t the same as us, but if we just gave those people a chance, we’d realise how inconsequential the differences are in comparison to you much they can improve our lives.”

Neil is an assistant in the hugely popular reality show Running on Air and what a beautiful character he was. It’s so rare to find a male love interest like Neil. A quiet, somewhat insecure family-orientated man with such a sweet and tender heart. This is the sort of character L H Cosway writes so perfectly, and we adored him! Though, Neil’s alpha side could definitely rear its head when required. He’s perfectly described as a sexy Clark Kent, and that’s just how we imagined him!

As Afric and Neil’s friendship grows, they discover a shared love of period drama TV (though Neil is the romantic in this friendship), and a whole lot of witty banter ensues – their text messaging was a hoot! We loved the way their friendship so beautifully and slowly developed.

‘There was magic to this woman. The more I got to know her, the more evident it became. She lived in her own world, made up her own rules, and I was almost envious of her.’

L H Cosway is one of the most wonderful storytellers. Her books are so warm and engaging with an underlying message in each one. In Sidequest for Love, it’s about acceptance and difference. About rooting for the underdog, about seeing the substance underneath the gloss, and we LOVED IT!

“Let me be the person in your corner, Neil.”

Now…Afric’s brother Billy MUST get a story! We are already surmising his love interest. If we’re right, then we are positively giddy with excitement over that possibility, and will eagerly be awaiting that story!
